Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Runwell Network account — including your Nearside account — and the personal data associated with it. You can keep using Nearside anonymously afterward; finding help never requires an account.
Option 1 — In the Nearside app (fastest)
- Open the Nearside app.
- Go to the Sign up / Profile tab.
- Tap Account Settings.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and data are removed immediately upon confirmation.
Option 2 — Request by email
Email support@creadio.com from the email address on your account (or include your account phone number), with the subject "Delete my account." We will verify your request and delete your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account across the entire Runwell Network
- Saved resources and preferences
- Personal information tied to your account (e.g., email, phone number)
Timing & retention
Email requests are completed within 30 days. We may retain a limited amount of information where required or permitted by law (for example, to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud and abuse); such information is not used to re-identify or contact you.
