Runwell Network, Inc. ("Runwell", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website at runwellnetwork.com and related products and services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with the Services.

By accessing or using the Services, you consent to the practices described here. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

This Policy applies to information collected through the Services. It does not apply to information collected by third parties we do not control, including other websites, services, or applications that may be linked to from our Services.

Protected Health Information (PHI) handled through specific Runwell products subject to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") is governed by the applicable Business Associate Agreement and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this Policy. Information collected through the runwellnetwork.com marketing site — including through the contact form — is not PHI.

8.1 Residents of California (CCPA/CPRA)

8.2 Residents of other states and jurisdictions

Residents of states with applicable privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and Utah) may have similar rights. We will honor verifiable requests to the extent required by applicable law.

8.3 Not a GDPR-covered data controller

The Services are offered to and directed at users in the United States. We do not intentionally offer Services to individuals in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland. If you are located in one of those jurisdictions, you should not use the Services.

9. Children's Privacy

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. The Services may contain links to third-party websites, applications, and services that we do not operate. This Policy does not cover those third parties.
